Three queen beds, two twin beds downstairs. Upstairs has one
bedroom. The master bedroom and plus two bedrooms are downstairs.
Sun porch has a futon which could sleep two more. Upstairs
bath has tub and shower. Downstairs bath has a shower only.
Occupancy:
Maximum 10.
Kitchen/Dining:
Dining area is part of great room and also joins the kitchen.
New refrigerator and stove.
Microwave, coffee maker, etc. Complete list will be mailed to you at
least 7 days prior to your arrival.
Living Room:
Sofa, loveseat, and two comfortable rocking chairs off plenty
of seating for all. Sattelite TV, stereo, VCR, and DVD.

Setting,
Acreage, Views: Set on three
acres on a ridge facing Georgetown Lake and the Pintlars. Nicely
landscaped grass yard with trees and shrubs for privacy. The back
yard meets up with a pine forest.
Pets:
Allowed with a nonrefundable $200
pet fee and a $200 refundable pet security deposit. No cats or exotic
pets are allowed.
Other Details:
This home is located close to Denton's point. It is within a
1/4 mile of a beach, picnic, and boat launch area.
Rates
Summer (June 1st thru September 15th)
$1800 per week, 7
night minimum. $225 per night for each additional night.
Winter (November 20th thru April 15th
except holidays)
$585 for a 3 night
stay, 3-night minimum. $195 per night for each additional night.
Spring and Fall
$525 for a 3 night
stay, 3 night minimum. $175 per night for each additional night.
Holiday
(December 20th thru
January 7, President's Day Weekend, and Memorial Day Weekend,
Thanksgiving Weekend)
