Located just ten minutes from Discovery Ski Area and three minutes
from Georgetown Lake, this four bedroom two bathroom home offers a
picturesque forested view from the deck on each of its two levels.
Each room is tastefully appointed with quilts, rustic furniture, and
country style accessories. With a kitchen/ dining area reminiscent
of a European Chalet, Pinecone Lodge has all of the amenities that
you long for during a relaxing stay: see-through wood stove on a
tile hearth, outdoor fire ring, horseshoe pit, tetherball set,
trampoline, brick built-in grill, volleyball court, and rustic
outdoor seating for 20 or more of your family and friends. There’s
lots of room to play!

Unique
Amenities: Close to
everything: lake, two restaurants, marina, fishing access, trails. The
backyard is a recreational haven in and of itself with volleyball court,
tetherball, horseshoe pit, trampoline, brick barbeque grill, fire pit,
and outdoor seating.
Bedrooms and
Bathrooms: Four bedrooms.
One king bed, two bunk beds upstairs. Downstairs has two bedrooms each
with a full size bed. Downstairs couch pulls out to sleep 2. Upstairs
bath has tub and shower. Downstairs bath has a shower only. Both
bathrooms have tile floors.
Occupancy:
Maximum 10.
Kitchen/Dining:
Microwave, espresso machine,
coffee machine, mixer, blender, toaster, set of Pfaltzgraf dinnerware
including serving dishes, set of Corning dinnerware, silverware,
glassware, wine glasses, saute pan, 2 skillets, 3 saucepans, pancake
griddle, 4 casserole dishes, roast pan and rack, stock/pasta pot,
cooking utensils, and more. Complete list will be mailed to you at
least 7 days prior to your arrival.
Living Room:
Downstairs living room has
sofa, loveseat, coffee table, TV, VCR, and DVD player, and wood stove.
Upstairs living
room has sofa, bench, rocker, computer desk, and wood stove.

Acreage, Views: Set on two
acres in heavily wooded forest to create a secluded feel.
Pets:
Allowed with a nonrefundable $200
pet fee and a $200 refundable pet security deposit. No cats or exotic
pets are allowed.
Other Details:
Old railway is within walking
distance of house for hiking, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing,
four-wheeling, snowmobiling, etc. The railway connects to miles and
miles of four-wheeling and snowmobile trails. The garage is not
available to guests as the owners have it equipped as a woodworking
shop. There is ample parking in the driveways and on the road.
Rates
Summer (June 1st thru September 15th)
$1300 per week, 7
night minimum. $190 per night for each additional night.
Winter (November 20th thru April 15th
except holidays)
$465 for a 3 night
stay, 3-night minimum. $165 per night for each additional night.
Spring and Fall
$425 for a 3 night
stay, 3 night minimum. $150 per night for each additional night.
Holiday
