maintain our site and pay the money to keep our site at the top in

more often. We also give the personal touch by phoning renters
immediately after a reservation.

check-in process. We provide daily maid service, grocery shopping
service, equipment rental, activity planning/concierge, activity

- We check your home before every rental to make sure it is in tip
top shape which increases customer satisfaction thereby increasing
return visits.
Security
- We offer travel insurance to guests. This
gives you the security of knowing that you should not have to foot
the bill for last minute cancellations.
- We help you prevent water damage, one of the most costly damages
that can happen to your home, by turning off the main water line
between rentals.
- We provide a lock box, and, because we are local, we change the
code after every visit. We also meet with every guest, either at
arrival or shortly thereafter, to go over your home and explain how
to work appliances, fireplaces, wood stoves, etc.
- We check your home's inventory and check for damage to your home
after every rental.
Convenience
- You can enjoy your vacation home without the hassle of upkeep,
maintenance, and dealing with renters.
- We handle all inquiries, reservations, maintenance, cleaning,
inspections, preventative maintenance, lawn care, and snow removal.
- We check your home prior to your own visits, turn up the heat
during the winter, turn on the water, etc.
- We plan to offer online reservations to reserve your home for
your own use.
Quality from Maintenance and Cleaning Contractors
- It can be difficult to find conscientious contractors to
maintain your home, especially if you live far away. Because we
contract with maintenance and cleaning companies on an ongoing
basis, we are more likely to get quality workmanship. Since we
provide continual jobs for their company, they worry more about
losing our business than they might if you hired them for a one-time
job.
- We also get better rates from our contractor's than you might on
your own because of our volume.
- We develop a maintenance plan with you and schedule preventative
maintenance. Scheduled preventative maintenance means that you
"know" that your home is well maintained to preserve its value.
Financial Services
- We give you monthly owner statements.
- We develop one year and 5-year plans for maintaining your
investment and increasing revenue at your property.
Small and Local Company
- We are a local company that ONLY manages property in the
Georgetown Lake Area.
- We are small enough that the owner is involved in every part of
the company's operations. This ensures that you and Guests receive
the highest level of customer service possible.
- Mary Spangler, our company's owner, has a second home at
Georgetown Lake and resides there the entire summer and on most
weekends during the rest of the year. This ensures that she is
available on a regular basis to oversee all operations.
