deck invites guests to barbeque, enjoy the company of friends and
relatives, and watch for occasional wildlife. Grey’s Cabin is a
place where guests can kick off their shoes, relax, and enjoy
lakeside living for a few days or a few weeks.

Amenities: This home is
private, yet within walking distance of the marina, restaurant, and
forest service land. A beautiful tiled hearth houses a gas fireplace in
the living room. The house has a wrap-around deck with a gas grill just
outside the dining area. Satellite TV is provided.

queen sized beds. One bedroom is equipped with TV and VCR/DVD player.
There is a pull-out couch in the living room to sleep two more. Bath
has tub and shower. Blow dryer, iron and ironing board are available.

Kitchen/Dining:
Kitchen is equipped with
dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, coffee grinder, blender, towels,
wine glasses, saute pan, skillet, saucepans, 4- and 6-quart casserole
dishes, gratin baking dish, roast pan and rack, 8-quart pasta pot, tea
kettle, salad bowl, serving platters, knives, cooking utensils,
dinnerware, glasses, silverware, and more. Complete list will be mailed
to you at least 7 days prior to your arrival.

One couch and a double
recliner seat four comfortably. Gas fireplace. Satellite TV.

Acreage, Views: The home sits
at the top of a hill just three blocks from the lake on about one acre
with a vacant lot next door. From the deck off of the dining room, you
look out over most of the lightly forested acre of land.
Pets:
Pets are allowed with a
nonrefundable pet fee of $100 and a refundable pet security deposit of
$200. No cats or exotic pets are allowed.
Other Details:
A garage is under the home,
but is unavailable to renters. Washer and dryer are available in closet
off the kitchen. A four-wheel drive is needed to access this home in
the winter.
